Twin wins: Twin Lakes earns back-to-back Circle of Excellence Awards

NBRI Circle of Excellence RecipientTwin Lakes, the co-op serving Tennesseans with broadband, TV, phone and security services, has received a prestigious, national-level award for two consecutive years.

The organization took home the National Business Research Institute Circle of Excellence Award in 2022 and 2023 for placing a high value on customer and employee experiences.

“Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Twin Lakes, and our team works diligently to
make every interaction count,” says Jonathan West, general manager and CEO of Twin Lakes. “This designation is recognition of our efforts to serve our customers in excellence.”

NBRI surveys customer interactions with Twin Lakes’ customer service representatives, service technicians and technical support team members. Twin Lakes earned the award after NBRI compared its performance against industry statistics as part of NBRI’s Big Data of 10.5 billion survey answers.

Organizations must score at or above the 75th percentile for performance in their industries. The benchmarking scale ranges from first to 100th percentile, and Twin Lakes is performing in the 94th percentile.

Scoring placement is as follows:
50th percentile — average performance
75th percentile — stretch performance
90th percentile — best in class performance
