Loretto Telecom announces addition of Kristin Burdette to corporate staff

Burdette to Take Role of Customer Experience Supervisor for Fiber Optic Telecom Provider

Loretto, TN – Jason Shelton, General Manager of Loretto Telecom, a Skybest Company, today announced the addition of Kristin Burdette to the Loretto-based telecom services provider. Burdette, a Lawrence County native, will assume the role of Customer Experience Supervisor.

Ms. Burdette joins Loretto Telecom after two years in the role of Assistant to Lawrence County Executive T.R. Williams, where she managed the Lawrence County website and social media presence, along with coordinating duties with county officials and the public. While there Burdette also became involved with a number of community projects with the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.

Speaking of Ms. Burdette, Shelton commented, “All of us here at Loretto Telecom are excited to add Kristin to our staff. Her ability to connect with people, and her capability to quickly learn and decisively act make her a perfect fit for this role. I am also personally impressed with her deeply-held attitude of service over self – a personal trait I admire.”

Mr. Shelton explained that Burdette’s duties will include the supervision of all aspects of the customer experience including personnel and developing and implementing marketing and public relation strategies. She will also assist in the operation of Customer Service by supervising and providing operational support for customer service, marketing, and public relations.

Ms. Burdette’s addition comes as Loretto Telecom/Skybest continues to expand services throughout the Lawrence County area, including the addition of true fiber optic services for the city of Lawrenceburg.
