Named a 2021 top-three finalist for “Best Internet Service Provider” by customers in the Chattanooga Times Free Press “Best of the Best” awards, BTC Fiber is receiving well-deserved accolades after years of work to build a 100% fiber-to-the-home network.

“Our entire team has taken on the mission of helping connect our communities to high-speed fiber internet,” says Charlie Boring, CEO of BTC Fiber. “This award comes not only as a recognition of our tireless efforts but also as a reminder that great things do happen when we all roll up our sleeves and work together to support the growth of our local area.”

The award is proof of how much residents across the BTC Fiber service area appreciate the lightning-fast connections, up to 1 Gbps. The cooperative plans to have the entire network complete by the end of 2023.

“To get this award and be recognized by your members, you have to communicate with your members and keep their best interest in mind,” says Tennessee Broadband Association (TNBA) Executive Director Levoy Knowles. “I’m so proud of BTC Fiber for their achievement, and I congratulate the board, leadership, and staff on the accomplishment.”

BTC Fiber, a TNBA tier-one member and full-service telecommunications provider, offers high-speed internet to Bledsoe, Sequatchie, Van Buren, Hamilton, Rhea, and Cumberland counties.
