Move boosts engineering capabilities

JSI, a communications consulting firm headquartered in Greenbelt, Maryland, recently announced it has acquired Mid-State Consultants, an engineering firm based in Nephi, Utah. Both firms are TNBA members.

The new acquisition will benefit JSI in its efforts to boost its engineering capabilities and work with clients to take advantage of funding resources to build and maintain broadband networks.

“We’re very pleased to see JSI is expanding their presence through the acquisition of Mid-State Consultants,” says Levoy Knowles, TNBA executive director. “This partnership will help the operations of both companies and their customers in the rural telecommunications industry.”
