Joint conference marks 25 years of success

U.S. Department of Agriculture Deputy Assistant Administrator Shawn Arner delivered the keynote address at the 25th KTA-TNBA Fall Conference & Supplier Showcase last month to kick off a great event

“It was another successful conference,” said Levoy Knowles, executive director of the Tennessee Broadband Association. “We had some fantastic speakers who delivered a lot of great information that will be useful to our members. This event just keeps getting better and better every year.”

Some of the topics covered included Rural Utilities Services funding for broadband, data-driven marketing, the importance of listening to your customers to improve experience plus a number of great breakout sessions.
