TTA Editorial Published In Knoxville News Sentinel

In January, the Knoxville News Sentinel ran a guest column penned by TTA Executive Director Levoy Knowles discussing net neutrality.

Knowles argues in the column that, essentially, the FCC’s decision created a loud outcry but will change little for TTA members and their customers.

“How will the net neutrality issue affect the more than 130,000 rural Tennessee homes that get high-speed broadband from the TTA member companies?” Knowles wrote. “Simply put, it won’t — no increases in fees to use select websites and apps, no slowdowns in service are planned.”
